Facilitated training and insight sessions; one off and multi-format programs
We provide off-the-shelf and customised training and professional development. In all cases, we work closely with clients to ensure that the aims, specific objectives, curated content, format and style of delivery and facilitation are informed by their needs, our insights and leading practice.
We design and deliver major seminars and keynotes, in-person cafe styled sessions, online/remote training. Our PDs run from short insight sessions (e.g. 30 mins as part of a conference, or in-house training) through to multi-day training programs and longer-term interventions.

Early career research, fellow and senior fellow training and professionals development across all disciplines
Academic, academic leader and senior professional staff insight sessions and professional development
Masterclasses (e.g. industry engagement, Geri capability development)
Faculty or school-specific Geri publications with customised content and cases
Review or auditing of current engagement related training and PD against Geri capability model.
Often training and professional development is informed by and uses the Geri circumplex and related materials. We also offer a train-the-trainer approach (e.g. accrediting individuals to deliver Geri training for PhD candidates) and potential licensing arrangements.
Examples of our work:
Design and delivery of Geri training as part of the Monash Doctoral Program, involving a range of formats (e.g. single and two part in-person, webinars, guest speakers, specialist STEM and HASS offerings).
Design and delivery of PhD, early career researcher, research fellow and senior fellow professional development at the University of Melbourne using the Geri approach
Delivery of a masterclass at Monash’s Amplify Your Impact conference on ‘Communicating Your Research with Impact’
Delivery of masterclasses and insight sessions on industry engagement for various audiences, including sessions at Bath University, for visiting professors from Saudi Arabia, for faculty leadership teams from the University of Melbourne, Monash University and other institutions.
